Workplace Wellbeing that Works
Moving beyond wellbeing initiatives to create healthier workplace cultures.
Every workplace has employees who are carrying challenges that others cannot see.
Invisible disabilities, long-term health conditions and chronic illnesses affect thousands of people across the UK, yet many employees continue to experience misunderstanding, stigma and unnecessary barriers at work.
Through powerful storytelling, practical workplace strategies and evidence-based learning, I help organisations build workplaces where people feel understood, supported and able to thrive and produce better work.
My Story
I have spent over a decade working as a Registered Nurse and Occupational Health Professional, supporting employees and employers to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Alongside my professional career, I have lived with sickle cell disorder and experienced the challenges of managing an invisible disability while working. My journey eventually led to receiving a stem cell transplant through the NHS, giving me a unique perspective on resilience, recovery and the importance of compassionate workplaces.
Today, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to help organisations understand the real impact of invisible disabilities and create workplaces where kindness becomes part of everyday leadership.
