The Kindness Venture CIC is a community-driven initiative dedicated to nurturing a culture of kindness throughout our society. We partner with children, schools, families, employers, and health professionals to promote kindness as a powerful tool for improving wellbeing, enhancing relationships, and delivering better care and services. Through creative workshops, inspiring stories, and practical tools, we empower communities to lead with compassion, courage, and care.

Supporting the Sickle Cell Community Through Awareness, Advocacy, and Education
Our Kindness mission will aim to refocus those working in healthcare on the benefits of kindness in care. Many people living with Sickle Cell Disorder face serious challenges beyond their medical condition — including pain dismissal, unconscious bias, and discrimination in healthcare settings and the workplace. These experiences often lead to delayed treatment, emotional distress, and a deep mistrust in healthcare systems.

Building Kinder Futures: Supporting Children’s Mental Health and Community Wellbeing
In today’s world, many children are facing growing emotional, social, and academic pressures. Rising levels of anxiety, low self-esteem, and social isolation are affecting young people’s ability to thrive — both in school and in life. Research shows that teaching the social skill of kindness helps to increase emotional resilience, happiness, empathy, and positive relationships.
